Finally CBP issues WRO to Chinese...fleet

US CBP previously issued couple of WRO towards Taiwanese flagged vessels or FOC vessels owned by Taiwanese, and when 1 of them was released last year.

28 May, CBP issued WRO to not just a vessel but an entire fleet owned by Dalian Ocean Fishing Co., Ltd. and heard to be 32 vessels.
